  • $28 an hour 7 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Spanish Outdoor work English Driver's License Supervising experience Crew management Managing grounds maintenance teams Full Job Description Bend Landscape is hiring a Maintenance Lead to run a 1-2 person crew on our summer route across Bend and Central Oregon. This is a working foreman role
  • you'll drive the truck, set the pace, and be the customer's face on every property. What you'll do:
  • Run a daily route of commercial, HOA, and residential properties
  • Mow, edge, prune, weed, and detail to a high standard
  • Coach a small crew and communicate with the Maintenance Manager same day
  • Spot and flag irrigation and plant-health issues
  • Drive a company truck/trailer; complete daily vehicle inspection
  • Keep accurate time and route notes in our field app What we want to see:
  • 2+ years paid landscape maintenance experience
  • At least one season leading a crew (formal or informal)
  • Valid driver's license and a clean MVR
  • Physically able to lift 50 lbs, work outdoors in all Central Oregon conditions
  • Pass a post-offer drug/alcohol screen (marijuana-inclusive per company policy)
  • Authorized to work in the U.
S.
Nice to have:
  • Oregon pesticide applicator license
  • Spanish/English bilingual
  • Familiarity with
LMN, Aspire, SingleOps, or T-Sheets Pay:
$23
  • 28/hr depending on experience

Full-time, 40 hrs/week
