Fabrication Maintenance Lead

Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Fabrication Maintenance Lead role in Boring, OR. Pay:

$80,000-$100,000/year

DOE Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and supervise maintenance technicians within a fabrication and manufacturing environment. Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance and uptime. Troubleshoot and repair fabrication equipment, including CNC machines, press brakes, lasers, and welding systems. Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize production downtime and disruptions. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency. Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and documentation. Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance operations. Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical certification in maintenance, mechanical, or electrical field preferred. 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, with leadership or supervisory experience required. Strong knowledge of fabrication equipment, including CNC machinery and metalworking systems. Experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Proven ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues and implement effective solutions. Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in maintenance tracking systems and basic computer skills. Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
