We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team and oversee the care, operation, and continuous improvement of our resort. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys solving problems, developing people, managing projects, and taking pride in keeping a property operating at its best. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing maintenance team Oversee preventative maintenance programs and daily facility operations Ensure guest rooms, public spaces, grounds and equipment are maintained to Hallmark standards Coordinate and oversee contractors, vendors and service providers Manage department budgets, purchasing and inventory controls Support capital improvement projects and property enhancements Respond quickly and professionally to maintenance concerns and guest-impacting issues Maintain compliance with safety programs, emergency procedures and regulatory requirements Partner with department leaders to support operational excellence throughout the resort Help create remarkable experiences for our colleagues and guests What We're Looking For Three or more years of maintenance leadership experience Hospitality, hotel, resort or multi-unit property experience preferred Strong leadership, coaching and team development skills Experience managing budgets, schedules and vendor relationships Working knowledge of building systems, equipment and preventative maintenance programs Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Ability to prioritize multiple projects and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus What We Offer Competitive salary Medical, dental and vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) with company match Employee discounts at all Hallmark Inns & Resorts properties ESOP - we're 30% employee-owned! Pay:

$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
