This includes leading the team's safety culture and compliance to quality & regulatory standards, establishing individual & team goals, developing individuals through coaching, training & performance management, developing core competencies in mechanical & electrical disciplines, driving predictive and preventative maintenance programs, responding to daily reactive maintenance needs & executing work in an efficient and cost effective manner. SHIFT•Mon - Fri •Please note that this position supports a 24hr facility, flexibility in hours are required
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred. Eight or more years of progressively complex technical experience; three or more years of supervisory experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Skills in People Development, Talent & Performance Management, Safety, Action Plans, Business Decisions, Supplier Assessment, and Problem Solving. Ability to read, write, and speak English on complex technical topics. Experience with FDA/cGMP compliance preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead daily maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, providing hands-on support as needed. Execute predictive and preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime. Hire, interview, and onboard skilled maintenance technicians aligned with organizational needs. Develop technicians through coaching, training, and performance management. Prioritize and manage work orders, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Maintain documentation, reports, and administrative records related to maintenance activities. Manage spare parts inventory, vendor communication, and maintenance budgets. Manage maintenance operations to ensure all equipment supports optimum production rates, lead failure root cause analysis and corrective actions for equipment failures. Manage compliance to all site quality programs. Support evaluation and installation of new equipment.
