Job Description
Take the lead in shaping the future of our City's facilities. We're looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Facilities Division Superintendent to guide our team and ensure our buildings and properties are well-maintained, efficient, and safe. In this role, you'll take the lead on:
- Supporting and supervising a dedicated facilities team
- Planning, prioritizing, and assigning daily work
- Reviewing invoices and managing bid solicitations
- Authorizing expenditures and overseeing project coordination
- Preparing monthly reports and developing the Facilities Division's recommended budget
- Tracking spending and maintaining detailed maintenance records We're seeking someone with strong skills in budgeting, personnel leadership, and project management, paired with solid expertise in facilities and property maintenance.
Licensing requirements:

Climbing, balancing, reaching, standing, walking, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motions. Incumbent may exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
