Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant Maintenance Manager to join our dynamic facilities team In Beaverton/Portland off of HWY 26 and Barnes and then also in Hillsboro Or 97124. In this role, you will support the management of maintenance operations across multiple properties, ensuring all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems are functioning optimally. Your leadership will help maintain high safety standards and operational efficiency while supervising maintenance staff and coordinating repair projects. Duties Assist in managing daily maintenance activities across multiple residential properties, including routine inspections and emergency repairs Supervise and coordinate facilities maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of tasks Oversee mechanical systems repair, HVAC system maintenance, plumbing system upkeep, and electrical troubleshooting using schematics and technical manuals Manage maintenance schedules through Yardi (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to track work orders and preventive maintenance tasks Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all maintenance procedures Paints, fixes resident issues with appliances, etc. Must have own set of tools Will be required to cover tats, uniforms are provided. Oversee project management initiatives for large-scale repairs or upgrades, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope Manage scheduling of techs and ordering. Reading and Writing of English is required. Requirements Proven management experience supervising facilities maintenance teams in industrial or manufacturing environments Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience repairing mechanical systems and industrial equipment Experience with HVAC system repair, plumbing system maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, and safety regulations adherence Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to clearly document work processes and technical issues Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of safety and quality Knowledge of maintenance management practices is a plus Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to excellence in facilities management! Pay:
$29.00 - $31.00 per hour
