This is a hands-on leadership role combining advanced electrical expertise with full department management.
What You'll Own:
Full maintenance department leadership
  • safety, reliability, productivity, and team development All electrical work performed in compliance with NEC and Oregon state licensing requirements Troubleshooting and repair of complex electrical and controls systems on industrial machinery PLC, VFD, servo, robotics, and automated packaging line maintenance and improvement Comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance program Facility and equipment maintenance including pumps, pneumatics, hydraulics, HVAC, refrigeration, and glycol chillers Food-safe maintenance practices and sanitation compliance Cross-functional support with production, safety, and operations teams Coaching, mentoring, and holding accountable a team of maintenance mechanics and specialists
What We're Looking For:
Active Oregon Supervisory Electrician license required
  • this is a day one requirement 6-10 years of maintenance leadership experience in an industrial manufacturing environment Strong industrial electrical and controls background
  • PLCs, VFDs, servos, robotics Experience with automated packaging, conveyor, labeling, and palletizing systems Preventive maintenance and CMMS experience required Food or beverage manufacturing experience preferred
  • industrial manufacturing required Comfortable operating in a 24/7 production environment with on-call support as needed Strong communicator with experience in multicultural work environments Relocation assistance available
Pay:
$61,659.71
