$35-40/hour Overview Pharmaceutical Company in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a Maintenance Planner support the improvement of productivity and quality, including shutdown planning for an active plant environment. Responsibilities Develop detailed job plans, scope estimates, and labor/material requirements to ensure efficient maintenance operations Create task instructions, preventative maintenance procedures, and work orders in coordination with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams Schedule and coordinate major and minor plant shutdowns, including shutdown planning and execution Maintain records, input invoices, manage EAM data, and track BOMs and spare parts Support budgeting, perform cost analysis, and update work orders based on field feedback Order, receive, store, and track materials and parts, and assist technicians with parts sourcing Manage inventory discrepancies and support shutdown backlog management Operate forklift and follow OSHA and GMP requirements at all times Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Maintenance Planner Strong mechanical and/or electrical background Experience in regulated environments (GMP preferred) Experience with plant shutdowns and

CMMS/EAM
