Maintenance Director What You'll Do:

Oversee and perform maintenance tasks to keep the building, equipment, and grounds in top condition. Develop and execute preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime. Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local safety and health regulations. Supervise and mentor the maintenance team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Manage budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships for maintenance projects and repairs. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations.

Maintenance Director What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a healthcare or long-term care setting. Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and safety systems. Ability to lead and inspire a team to deliver high-quality work. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with regulatory requirements for nursing homes is a plus.
