The Maintenance Superintendent will manage all aspects of plant maintenance, scheduling projects & outages, developing & implementing preventative / predictive maintenance plans, quality etc . This is a Direct Placement on the First Shift with the starting salary of $100,000 - $120,000 plus 401k, paid vacation & medical benefits.
Below are additional details:
Duties Develop & implement maintenance schedules to obtain plant objectives. Analyze maintenance history to identify strengths & weaknesses and develop plans to reduce downtime & improve efficiency. Work with plant management, engineering & procurement teams on CAPEX projects. Maintain maintenance records and spare parts inventory. Manage, train & mentor Maintenance Supervisors and perform yearly reviews. Work hand in hand with Union representatives to maintain positive relationships. Ensure quality & safety goals are met. Experience Proven management experience working in a heavy industrial setting with a Union workforce. Associates or Bachelors Degee in Engineering or related field. 5+ years of Maintenance Management experience. Experience with Root Cause Analysis Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

$100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
