EXPERIENCED
dynamic and results-driven Automotive Service BDC (Business Development Center) Manager to lead our customer engagement and service appointment processes in our brand new service facility. This role is vital in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients by managing the communication flow between customers and the service department. As a BDC Manager, you will oversee a team dedicated to maximizing service sales, enhancing customer satisfaction, and streamlining operational efficiency. Your energetic leadership will motivate your team to deliver exceptional service while driving business growth through strategic management and excellent communication. Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of customer service representatives to achieve daily operational goals. Develop and implement effective strategies for appointment setting, follow-up, and customer outreach to increase service department revenue. Manage inbound and outbound communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and digital inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses. Monitor team performance through analysis of key metrics such as appointment volume, customer satisfaction scores, and sales conversion rates; provide coaching to improve results. Coordinate with the service department to ensure accurate scheduling, resource allocation, and timely vehicle servicing. Conduct regular training sessions on customer service excellence, negotiation skills, product knowledge, and management techniques. Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and customer experience. Skills Proven project management skills with the ability to organize tasks efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively. Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of supervising teams and managing performance. Strong management skills with the ability to motivate staff, delegate tasks effectively, and foster a positive work environment. Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Experience in supervising customer service operations within an automotive or retail setting. Analytical skills to interpret performance data, identify trends, and develop strategic action plans. Exceptional negotiation abilities combined with sales acumen to maximize revenue opportunities while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
