You will leverage your expertise in automation and mechanical systems to mentor a high-performing team while driving continuous improvement in our preventive maintenance strategies. Responsibilities Direct daily maintenance workflows, prioritizing emergency repairs and corrective actions to minimize production interruptions. Utilize CMMS platforms to schedule maintenance tasks and track equipment health metrics. Lead technical teams and external contractors through complex equipment installations and facility-wide shutdowns. Facilitate professional development for maintenance staff, ensuring technical proficiency in electrical and mechanical systems. Enforce rigorous safety standards, including LOTO protocols, to maintain a secure working environment. Execute advanced troubleshooting on PLCs, VFDs, and automated manufacturing machinery to resolve recurring failures. Manage spare parts inventory and procurement to ensure critical components are always available. Conduct root cause analysis to identify systemic issues and implement long-term reliability solutions. Required Skills 5+ years of experience in heavy industrial maintenance environments. Advanced proficiency in industrial electrical and mechanical troubleshooting. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage external service providers. Strong working knowledge of PLC programming, automation, and VFDs. Experience with CMMS and ERP software for maintenance management. Competency in welding and industrial fabrication techniques. Preferred Skills Formal leadership or supervisory certification. Experience optimizing preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Strong background in hydraulic and pneumatic system diagnostics. Ability to interpret complex electrical schematics and technical documentation.
