Maintenance Director

Kadima Health and Nursing at Lakeside and Kadima at Luzerne is looking to hire a Maintenance Director to join our team! Our mission at Kadima Health and Nursing at Lakeside and Luzerne is to offer quality care to our residents, and to provide them with a loving and compassionate environment, attending carefully to their physical, spiritual, and emotional needs. The purpose of this role is to provide a safe home-like environment to all residents. Maintain facility grounds and conduct weekly/monthly audits and ensure vendor inspections are completed timely and in compliance with life safety code.

Job Responsibilities:

Day-to-day facility maintenance and repairs as needed Assist in maintaining a safe and home-like environment for the residents. Complete weekly, monthly and year audits for life safety code. Ensure proper communication and record keeping of facility vendor audits per life safety code.

Manage and Oversee Environmental Services Department Education and Qualifications:

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
