Regularly inspecting and evaluating physical plant and equipment to identify any potential issues or improvements.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Maintenance Supervisor role should possess the following qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role within the manufacturing industry. 2. Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical systems, and hydraulics. 3. Proven supervisory skills, with a track record of leading and developing high-performing teams. 4. Strong troubleshooting abilities, with a knack for solving complex mechanical and electrical problems. 5. Experience in developing and implementing effective training and development programs. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments. 7. A strong commitment to safety and environmental compliance. 8. A degree in a relevant field such as Engineering or Industrial Technology is preferred, but not required. 9. Certifications in relevant areas such as electrical systems, mechanical systems, or hydraulics would be a plus.
