Position Summary Future Foam is seeking an experienced, hands-on Industrial Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations at our manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and performance of plant equipment while leading a team of skilled maintenance professionals. The ideal candidate is a strong technical leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, values employee development, and is committed to driving operational excellence through preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians and support personnel. Promote and maintain a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements. Develop, implement, and continuously improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Manage maintenance work orders, scheduling, and spare parts inventory through CMMS systems. Plan, coordinate, and execute capital improvement projects, equipment installations, and facility upgrades. Partner with production, engineering, and operations teams to improve equipment performance and manufacturing efficiency. Analyze maintenance metrics and identify opportunities for cost reduction, reliability improvements, and process optimization. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and other applicable safety standards. Support continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean Manufacturing and other best practices. Qualifications Required High school diploma or GED. Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Minimum of 2 years of leadership, supervisory, or team management experience. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Maintenance Management, or a related field. Experience with PLC troubleshooting and automated manufacturing equipment. Familiarity with AutoCAD or other technical design software. Experience with Lean Manufacturing, TPM, or reliability-centered maintenance programs.
