Our company culture fosters safety, trust, teamwork, and collaboration. ________________________________________ Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Industrial Maintenance Manager to lead and oversee maintenance operations at our [manufacturing/production] facility. This leadership role is responsible for managing a team of skilled technicians, ensuring equipment reliability, driving preventive maintenance programs, and contributing to a safe, efficient, and productive workplace. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong technical knowledge, leadership experience, and a passion for continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and supervise the maintenance team Champion safety-first culture across all activities Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime Manage work orders, parts inventory, and maintenance schedules Oversee and execute capital improvement and facility upgrade projects Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize performance Drive continuous improvement initiatives ________________________________________ Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; Engineering or technical degree preferred 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Proficiency in maintenance management systems (CMMS) Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced setting Familiarity with OSHA and safety regulations Experience with AutoCAD, PLCs, or similar tools is a plus ________________________________________ What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Comprehensive benefits package including: o Health, dental, and vision insurance o 401(k) with company match o Paid time off and holidays o Life and disability insurance
