Sibanye-Stillwater | Fairless Hills, PA Full-time • Onsite • 2nd shift Sibanye-Stillwater is seeking a hands on Maintenance Supervisor to lead safe, efficient, and compliant maintenance operations across our facility. This role provides frontline leadership, supports equipment reliability, and ensures facility infrastructure operates safely and effectively in a fast paced industrial environment. What You Will Do Lead, supervise, and develop maintenance technicians, electricians, and support staff Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability Maintain facility infrastructure and equipment to support production needs Promote a strong safety culture by enforcing OSHA, environmental, and internal standards Track maintenance activities, asset performance, and KPIs using digital tools Coordinate vendor and contractor services as needed Support continuous improvement initiatives and efficient work practices Participate in maintenance planning and facility improvement projects What You Bring Three to five years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or processing environment Prior leadership or supervisory experience required Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices, equipment reliability, and safety standards Experience with manufacturing, machining, or automated equipment preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CAD or ISO experience is a plus Strong communication, leadership, and problem solving skills Reliable transportation required due to limited public transportation access Schedule & Benefits 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM, Monday through Friday, onsite at Fairless Hills Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits 401k with company match Paid holidays, vacation, sick time, personal holiday, and community days Stable, mission-driven organization Compliance Requirements Must meet ITAR and NAID eligibility requirements Ability to pass background screening and pre-employment drug testing Apply today and help us support safe operations, equipment reliability, and a more sustainable future.
