Job Description

Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure efficient operation of plant equipment and systems. Lead, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians, including training, performance management, and daily direction. Oversee and support preventative maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, LOTO procedures, and food safety standards. Conduct daily team meetings to drive engagement, communication, and accountability. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance maintenance effectiveness and operational efficiency. Support troubleshooting and resolution of mechanical and electrical issues as needed. Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities, training, and system updates. Partner with operations and other departments to align maintenance priorities with production needs. Strong leadership and team development skills. Knowledge of industrial maintenance systems, including mechanical and electrical equipment. Understanding of preventative maintenance and reliability practices. Ability to drive continuous improvement and process optimization. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance. Experience supervising maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment. Background in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance programs. Familiarity with preventative maintenance systems and best practices. Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and develop team members. Flexibility to work 2nd shift and support operational needs.
