Full-Time (Seasonal with growth opportunity)- About Us Grato Property Care is a fast-growing exterior cleaning and landscaping company serving Irwin, Pa and surrounding area. We pride ourselves on high-quality work, professionalism, and creating a great experience for our customers. We're continuing to expand to keep up with increasing demand and looking for a Team Lead to run a 2-3 man crew and help us continue growing.
- Role Overview As a Team Lead, you will:
- Lead a 2-person mowing crew
- Complete residential and light commercial property cleaning, maintenance, and projects
- Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to company standards
- Communicate with customers professionally on-site
- Train and guide your crew member
What You'll Be Doing:
Landscape maintenance and projects Window cleaning Gutter cleaning Christmas light installation (yes, roofs and ladders are involved) General exterior property services- Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain commercial equipment
- Lead daily route execution
- Perform jobsite walkthroughs and quality checks
- Greet customers when appropriate
- Place yard signs and leave review/referral cards
- Track job completion and report any issues
- Maintain clean, organized truck and equipment
- Expectations
- Hit daily production goals and stay on schedule
- Maintain high-quality work standards
- Show up on time, ready to lead
- Take ownership of your route and crew

- Requirements
- Experience with commercial equipment
- Valid driver's license (clean driving record preferred)
- Ability to lead and communicate effectively
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
