Job Description

About the Role As a Facilities Maintenance Lead, you will serve as a key technical authority responsible for optimizing equipment uptime and driving operational reliability. You will leverage your expertise in industrial machinery and electrical systems to lead repair initiatives and ensure our production environment remains safe, efficient, and high-performing. Responsibilities Direct daily maintenance workflows to ensure seamless production cycles and minimal equipment downtime. Execute complex repairs and preventative maintenance on industrial machinery, focusing on long-term equipment health. Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical failures through advanced troubleshooting techniques. Manage spare parts inventory and procurement to ensure critical components are always available for urgent repairs. Implement and oversee rigorous safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, to maintain a secure workplace. Coordinate with production leadership to schedule maintenance windows that maximize facility throughput. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a similar technical leadership role. Advanced proficiency in troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform precise equipment diagnostics. Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks in a manufacturing setting. Basic computer literacy for maintenance tracking and documentation. Preferred Skills Prior experience within a plastic injection molding or high-volume manufacturing environment. Current forklift certification and safe operation experience. Demonstrated success in managing preventative maintenance programs. Familiarity with EHS management and facility safety standards.
