Latrobe, Pennsylvania Starting pay based on experience We are seeking a dependable and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the daily maintenance operations of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance, experience with electrical and hydraulic systems, and the ability to lead maintenance activities while ensuring equipment reliability and plant efficiency. This position requires flexibility to work any shift and support plant operations through overtime, coverage, and emergency maintenance needs as required. Available Shifts Candidates must be available to work any of the following shifts: 12:00 AM

• 8:30 AM 8:00 AM
• 4:30 PM 4:00 PM
• 12:30 AM Training will be conducted on the 8:00 AM
• 4:30 PM shift.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate maintenance and repair activities with the Plant Manager and Maintenance Mechanics. Organize and oversee daily maintenance operations throughout the facility. Install, maintain, repair, adjust, troubleshoot, and inspect equipment and tools. Schedule and manage preventive and routine maintenance programs. Ensure emergency maintenance support is available when needed. Monitor spare parts inventory and maintenance supplies; initiate reorders as necessary. Supervise maintenance processes and personnel to maximize efficiency and productivity. Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation. Perform additional duties as assigned to support efficient plant operations. Qualifications and Requirements Previous industrial maintenance experience required. Working knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems. Forklift operation experience required. General computer skills. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Valid driver's license required. Forklift certification/license preferred or required. Work Schedule Requirements Must be available to work mandatory overtime, including weekends. Must be willing to work occasional voluntary overtime. Must be available to report early or remain after scheduled shifts to provide coverage for vacations, absences, or operational needs. Must be flexible to work any shift as assigned. Required Training and Experience Forklift certification/license. Valid driver's license. Industrial maintenance experience. Knowledge of electrical and hydraulic components. Understanding of production procedures, schedules, and documentation.
