We are seeking an experienced Regional Maintenance Director to support multiple long-term care facilities across the Lock Haven to Coal Township region. This role requires a dependable, hands-on professional with strong technical skills and the ability to travel between sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs across multiple facilities Troubleshoot and maintain HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems Ensure all buildings and equipment meet safety and regulatory standards Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repairs as needed Coordinate with facility leadership to prioritize and complete projects Maintain accurate service and maintenance records

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2+ years of maintenance experience in long-term care (required) HVAC certification (required) Strong working knowledge of building systems and preventative maintenance Ability to travel within assigned territory Reliable transportation (required) Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
