Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor for a contract/temporary opportunity in Media, PA. This role is ideal for a hands-on facilities maintenance professional who enjoys leading technicians, coordinating repair work, improving preventive maintenance programs, and keeping building systems operating safely and efficiently. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee daily maintenance department operations, manage work assignments, coordinate vendors and contractors, and provide technical guidance on building repairs, renovations, and facility improvement projects. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with supportive leadership, structured processes, and a strong focus on safety, service quality, and operational reliability. Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise maintenance technicians, organize daily schedules, assign work orders, and ensure work is completed accurately, safely, and on time.
  • Develop, manage, and improve preventive maintenance schedules, procedures, inspections, and facility maintenance programs.
  • Coordinate installation, repair, and maintenance of building systems, facilities, machinery, equipment, and related assets.
  • Conduct routine inspections of major building systems to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and repair priorities.
  • Manage maintenance supplies, equipment inventory, vendor relationships, contractor coordination, and work order documentation.
  • Support building improvement and renovation projects by attending progress meetings, reviewing design submissions, and preparing maintenance activity reports. Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay:
    $24 to $25 per hour.
