Job Description

Casselman Healthcare in Meyersdale, PA is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Director to oversee facility operations and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment for our residents and staff.

Complete daily work orders, room turnovers, and preventive maintenance Ensure all facility systems and equipment are properly maintained and repaired Coordinate maintenance projects Conduct regular inspections to identify and address issues proactively Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies- weekend on-call responsibilities Collaborate with other departments to support smooth daily operations Maintain maintenance and life safety records
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a healthcare setting Strong knowledge of building systems, including high and low voltage systems Experience with plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC and equipment repair Strong organizational, problem-solving and leadership skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Basic computer skills ( outlook, word, excel) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Join a team that values dedication, teamwork, and quality care.
