Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking to hire a motivated maintenance technician in an established CNC precision machine shop. Must have some type of maintenance / electrical background. Duties would include routine maintenance / upkeep on CNC machines, forklifts, equipment, buildings, vehicles, and more.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role in industrial maintenance or related field
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, logic controllers, HVAC systems, and other industrial equipment
• Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues and develop effective solutions
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving goals
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members, management, and other departments
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
