Responsibilities to include:

• Answer customer phone calls, process paperwork, and schedule appointments for truck repairs
• Help technicians with Mack and Volvo help desk phone calls for in process truck repairs
• Open/create repair orders, process, and billing.
• Help mechanics with clocking on correct jobs/repairs, and assist techs It is time to build a more secure future as a service professional.
