Machine Shop Foreman

Position:

Shop Foreman Signal Machine Company is a job shop/production shop that specializes in custom precision parts. We are currently seeking a full-time Shop Foreman. This position will provide the next steps for someone looking for more in their machining career. Signal is looking for someone with machining ability and the want to manage and help grow a thriving machine shop. This position will work directly with owners and staff to help succeed in company goals, employee's growth goals, and self-growth goals. Ideal candidate should be self-motivated, have organization skills, management skills, and more. Foreman Responsibilities

• Oversee all manufacturing tasks
• Manage employees
• Make final decisions as needed
• Work directly with customers and vendors
• Manage production schedule
• Manage maintenance schedules
• Assist in quoting
• Solve machining and programming challenges
• Manage tooling inventory
• Work with shop lead to design, improve, and implement internal processes
• Help research and weigh in on new equipment purchases
• Work on a team with shop owners to drive the company towards goals

Pay:

$80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
