$130,000•$150,000 per year Job Details•We are seeking a passionate, dynamic, and experienced Industrial and Automation Maintenance Manager to join our team in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our industrial equipment and automation systems, ensuring optimal performance and longevity. Oversee and coordinate all maintenance and repair activities for industrial and automated equipment, including conveyors, to ensure maximum operational efficiency and safety. Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and increase productivity. Supervise and guide a team of maintenance technicians, providing training and support as necessary. Collaborate with other department managers to optimize maintenance strategies and ensure alignment with company objectives. Monitor equipment and system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate necessary repairs or replacements. Manage maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and quality standards. Stay current with the latest technologies and trends in industrial maintenance and automation, and recommend upgrades or improvements as necessary. Oversee fabrication and welding tasks, ensuring they are completed to the highest standard. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, automation, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Proven experience with PLC's, SCADA, HMI, Automation, conveyors, preventative maintenance, fabrication, and welding. Strong knowledge of industrial equipment and automation systems, including their functions, maintenance requirements, and common issues. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex equipment and system issues. Ability to develop and implement effective maintenance programs and strategies. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical team members. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and quality standards. Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties. A bit about us:
