This role involves performing a wide range of maintenance tasks to keep our environment safe, functional, and efficient. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess a strong technical background in mechanical, electrical, and facilities maintenance. Your contributions will directly impact the safety, comfort, and productivity of our team and customers. Duties Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, machinery, and equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance Perform repairs using welding techniques, electrical troubleshooting, and mechanical skills to address issues promptly Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams to diagnose problems accurately Operate tools such as ohmmeters and other testing devices to identify electrical faults Manage facilities maintenance tasks including plumbing, HVAC systems, painting (including residential painting), and general upkeep Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to document work orders, track maintenance activities, and schedule future tasks Supervise or assist with small teams during maintenance projects while ensuring safety protocols are followed Requirements Proven experience with facilities maintenance in manufacturing or residential settings Strong electrical experience complemented by knowledge of schematics and troubleshooting electrical circuits Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in welding, plumbing, or HVAC systems Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) used in automation processes Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately Experience supervising or leading maintenance teams is preferred Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and team coordination Competence with tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment for electrical testing Customer service mindset with the ability to prioritize safety while maintaining efficiency Join us as a Maintenance Staff member to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to maintaining high standards of safety and operational excellence.
