Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Contents Restoration Manager to lead our contents restoration operations. This vital role involves overseeing the cleaning, repair, and management of damaged personal property while ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. If you have a passion for managing teams and delivering exceptional restoration services in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for you! Responsibilities Lead and supervise the contents restoration team to ensure efficient cleaning, packing, inventory management, and storage of damaged items Coordinate with project managers to prioritize restoration tasks and meet project deadlines Oversee the cleaning processes for various materials including textiles, furniture, electronics, and delicate items using appropriate techniques and equipment Manage daily operations of the contents restoration department, including scheduling staff and allocating resources effectively Maintain detailed documentation of all contents handled, including condition reports and inventory logs Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations during all restoration activities Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills in custodial work, cleaning techniques, and customer service Skills Proven supervising or management experience in cleaning or custodial services Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively Extensive janitorial or hotel housekeeping management experience preferred Knowledge of commercial cleaning methods and equipment used in contents restoration Experience with laundry services related to damaged textiles or upholstery Excellent organizational skills for managing inventories and documentation Ability to communicate clearly with clients, team members, and vendors to ensure smooth operations Join us as a Contents Restoration Manager to lead impactful projects that restore not just properties but also peace of mind for our clients.
