Job Description
The Southern Huntingdon County School District is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Maintenance Supervisor. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of all school district facilities, grounds, and building systems. The successful candidate will supervise maintenance/custodial personnel, coordinate preventive maintenance programs, manage facility repairs, and ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operation of district properties. Candidates should possess experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance. Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience preferred. Pennsylvania Water Operator Certification required (or ability to obtain within a district-established timeframe). Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
