Job Description

Maintenance Director Come join us at Mt. Macrina Manor! We are a Faith-Based, Nonprofit, 120-bed Skilled Nursing facility in a peaceful, rural area directly off Route 40 in Uniontown. We have served southwestern Pennsylvania since 1971. Our mission is based upon the sponsorship of the Sisters of St. Basil the Great and our staff continues the mission of the Sisters by providing joyous, compassionate care that preserves the human dignity of all whom we serve. We are seeking to hire a Maintenance Director to become a part of our facility's compassionate care-giving team. Full-Time; 8am to 4:30pm.
Maintenance Director Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED is required. Prior maintenance experience required; Healthcare or Long-Term Care preferred. Understanding of regulatory compliance in healthcare settings preferred. Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and respond to urgent needs.
Maintenance Director Job Summary:
Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs for plumbing, electrical, cosmetic and other building systems. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and Life Safety Code regulations. Maintain fire safety systems, conduct drills, and support emergency preparedness. Maintain accurate documentation for inspections and audits. Participate in on-call rotation for facility needs.
