Position Summary:
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing and providing supervision for daily maintenance operations.

Primary Position Responsibilities:
Maintain a safe work environment by meeting company policies and OSHA regulations. Maintain overall equipment reliability. Meet daily with production supervision and staff to understand critical issues for the day. Foster an environment of continuous improvement. Work with planners/scheduler to coordinate maintenance work tasks. Determine the schedules (daily, weekly, vacations) and workload for staff. Oversee and administer duties relating to the computerized maintenance system. Assess and schedule staff training needs. Evaluate staff and make hiring and termination regulations. Comply to and enforce company and regulatory rules and procedures. Maintain budget and advise on budgetary/financial needs. Maintain effective working relationships and cooperation with the management team to effectively meet departmental and company objectives. Assist in developing and implementing goals, objectives, policies and work standards for the department and company. Must have leadership skills Sharp analytical and critical thinking skills. Knowledge of the principles and practices of employee supervision and safe maintenance activities. Conduct yearly staff performance reviews. Follow all safety, food safety, & GMP rules and regulations. Conduct other duties as assigned by management . A shift (12am to 8am)
