Job responsibilities include:

Leading and guiding maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency Plan and assign daily maintenance tasks, prioritizing urgent repairs and preventive work Lead hands-on troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems Maintain and update CMMS for work orders and equipment history Source and manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies Support continuous improvement projects and plant-wide initiatives What We Are Looking For Extensive hands-on experience

• 5 years of practical experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance in an industrial setting, in depth knowledge of mechanical systems, diagnostic tools, and repair techniques.

2+ years leading and managing a team of mechanics, including training and mentoring junior staff. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities Parts / inventory, writing work orders, and scheduling experience What OBE Offers You Benefits that benefit you
