Overview We are seeking a meticulous Shop Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring high-quality standards in the manufacturing process, as well as having a strong background in the welding and fabrications industry. This candidate should have excellent motivational skills and work well under pressure to ensure scheduling deadlines are met. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Production Manager to meet production requirements by means of delegation and scheduling of specific tasks for employees
• Adapt and improvise solutions to increase production and organization of new projects and schedule requirements
• Inspect fabricated parts and welded assemblies for conformance to blueprints and specs as needed Requirements
• Proven experience in leadership role
• Familiarity with measuring tools and techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints/weld symbols
• Experience with welding inspection methods and criteria
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Familiarity with structural steel shapes and hardware
• Knowledge of AISC standards is a plus
