The Role:

Maintenance Manager As a primary perk of this position, you will serve as the Maintenance Manager for your designated campground. We aren't looking for someone to just "help out"—we want a self-starter who takes pride in the property. You'll have the autonomy to identify what needs to be done and the initiative to handle it without needing constant direction. If you enjoy being the "boss of the grounds" and keeping things running smoothly on your own terms, this is for you. Instead of a traditional hourly wage, we provide full housing compensation (valued at $750/month) in exchange for your management of the property. By eliminating your largest monthly expense—rent—you are free to pursue a full-time career, remote work, or a local trade, keeping 100% of the income you earn from those endeavors. Time Commitment (Seasonal & Highly Flexible):

Peak Season:

~20 hours per week during the busy months.

Off-Season:

~5 hours per week to keep an eye on things.

Autonomous & Proactive:

Maintenance Savvy:

Comfortable with general repairs, groundskeeping, and upkeep.

Basic computer skills for administrative tasks.
