- Level 3 to join our team in McLean, VA.
- Plan and coordinate office moves, establishing timelines, tracking milestones, and collaborating with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely and successful relocations.
- Create and manage SOWs for projects and new vendors, outlining scope, objectives, milestones, and service level requirements.
- Manage service contracts and liaise with workplace service vendors and contractors.
- Oversee conference center scheduling and planning to ensure efficient room utilization, accurate reservations, and smooth execution of meetings and events
- Maintain a clean, safe, and functional workspace for employees.
- Building and maintaining relationships with vendors.
- Managing event databases and records.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of professional experience
- OR•Master's degree with 3 years of professional experience•OR•PhD with 1 year of professional experience.
- No clearance required to start
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven expertise in planning and project management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities/clients.
- Ability to interact effectively with a variety of management levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- specifically high-level Excel skills.
- Experience in
AutoCAD Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Northrop Grumman facilities and processes.
