Roadscue is revolutionizing automotive maintenance by delivering mobile services for a wide range of vehicle makes and models, right where customers need them.
Position:
Automotive Service & Marketplace Manager Job Overview:
As our lead, you'll perform advanced vehicle maintenance and be crucial in building our team. You will be directly responsible for hiring and mentoring new Staff Automotive Technicians and Staff Automotive Mechanics. Beyond internal staffing, you'll also help expand our marketplace by supporting the onboarding of external marketplace automotive technicians and mechanics. You'll train all new technicians in using the Roadscue app, ensure they meet our service standards, and provide feedback to improve both team performance and the app itself.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct expert-level mobile maintenance across multiple vehicle manufacturers. Lead the hiring, mentoring, and training of Staff Automotive Technicians and Mechanics. Assist in onboarding new marketplace automotive technicians and mechanics to grow our platform. Train all new technicians on Roadscue's app and service procedures. Provide ongoing feedback to enhance app functionality and service workflows. Balance fieldwork with light administrative duties, helping optimize processes and service efficiency.
Qualifications:
ASE Certification required. Extensive experience in vehicle maintenance across different makes and models. Leadership experience in mentoring or managing teams. Strong communication and customer service skills. Basic tools required; additional tools provided.
