This position involves extensive travel to industrial and manufacturing sites, working directly with customers to ensure paint booth systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, professional, organized, and comfortable working independently in industrial environments while representing Tecor-Intl in the field. Key Responsibilities Travel to customer facilities to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair industrial paint booths and related systems Perform preventative maintenance on paint booths, air make-up units, exhaust systems, burners, filters, fans, conveyors, compressors, and related industrial equipment Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, airflow, and combustion-related issues Replace worn or defective components including motors, bearings, belts, sensors, switches, valves, and controls Conduct system testing and verify proper booth performance after repairs or maintenance Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints Communicate professionally with customers regarding system condition, repairs, recommendations, and timelines Maintain accurate service reports, parts usage records, and maintenance documentation Coordinate with company management and customers regarding scheduling and service updates Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA standards while working in industrial environments Operate company vehicles, tools, lifts, and diagnostic equipment safely and responsibly Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and emergency service calls when needed Maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing Tecor-Intl in the field QualificationsRequired Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability Experience with industrial maintenance, HVAC, mechanical systems, or manufacturing equipment Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to travel regularly and occasionally stay overnight Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in industrial environments Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, rooftops, and elevated platforms Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely Preferred Experience with industrial paint booths or finishing systems Electrical troubleshooting experience (120V/240V/480V) HVAC, burner, or combustion system knowledge Pneumatic or control system experience Welding or fabrication experience OSHA, forklift, or lift certifications Experience reading electrical schematics and control diagrams Work Environment Frequent travel to industrial and manufacturing facilities Indoor and outdoor work in varying temperatures and conditions Exposure to industrial noise, dust, paint systems, and mechanical equipment Occasional overtime, weekend work, or emergency service calls may be required Compensation & Benefits Tecor-Intl offers competitive compensation based on experience and skill level.
