Your impact operations across a designated region by coordinating planning, scheduling, compliance activities, and administrative functions. This role ensures efficient execution of maintenance work, regulatory compliance (including C3PR audits), and effective communication between field teams, drivers, vendors, and leadership. The position also manages CMMS data integrity, travel logistics, and regional resource coordination. Key Responsibilities Regional Maintenance Planning & Scheduling Coordinate and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities across multiple sites within the region. Work closely with maintenance supervisors and operations teams to prioritize work based on safety, compliance, and operational needs. Monitor work schedules and adjust plans as needed to ensure timely completion. Track work progress and provide status updates to regional leadership. CMMS Administration Maintain and manage the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for the region. Create, update, and close work orders with accurate and complete documentation. Ensure asset data, maintenance history, and compliance records are current. Generate reports and dashboards to support performance tracking and decision-making. C3PR Audits & Compliance Coordination Plan, schedule, and support execution of C3PR audits across the region. Prepare and organize audit documentation and ensure readiness at all locations. Track findings, corrective actions, and follow-ups to ensure timely closure. Support continuous improvement and standardization of compliance processes. Driver Information & Appointment Coordination Maintain driver records, certifications, and qualification documentation. Schedule and manage driver-related appointments (medical exams, training, evaluations, etc.). Ensure all records meet company and regulatory compliance requirements. Communicate schedules and requirements clearly to drivers and supervisors. Travel & Logistics Support Coordinate travel arrangements for maintenance staff, auditors, and regional personnel. Manage itineraries including transportation, lodging, and scheduling. Ensure efficient and cost-effective travel planning. Provide logistical support for field work, audits, and projects. Regional Administrative Support Maintain organized records, files, and documentation for regional maintenance activities. Support procurement processes including purchase requisitions, vendor coordination, and invoice tracking. Serve as a communication hub between field teams, vendors, and leadership. Assist in tracking KPIs and preparing regional performance reports. Here's what you'll need Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Valid Drivers' License 3-5 years of experience in maintenance coordination, administration, or related field. Experience working in a multi-site or regional environment preferred. Hands-on experience with CMMS platforms (e.g., SAP, Maximo, Infor, etc.) strongly preferred. Skills & Competencies Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across a region. Excellent communication and coordination abilities across diverse teams. High attention to detail and accuracy in data and recordkeeping. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and identify trends. Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Preferred Qualifications Experience in utilities, fleet operations, manufacturing, or industrial maintenance environments. Familiarity with regulatory compliance audits and safety standards. Knowledge of maintenance planning and asset management best practices. Working Conditions Primarily office-based with regular interaction with field personnel across the region. Occasional travel may be required to support audits, projects, or field coordination. May require flexibility in hours to support regional operations.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
