We're looking for a Service & Installation Manager to lead daily operations across our service and install departments while developing high-performing teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities Lead and support Service Technicians and Installation crews to ensure efficient day-to-day operations Communicate directly with customers regarding installation estimates and project details Drive accountability in sales performance, operational efficiency, and technical workmanship through ride-alongs, site inspections, and coaching Monitor and report on key performance metrics to identify trends and improve department performance Recruit, mentor, and develop the next generation of technicians and installers Participate in leadership development and advanced training initiatives Ensure all teams consistently follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards Qualifications Experience in the Plumbing, Drain & Sewer industry is

REQUIRED
