Requirements Proven experience as an automotive technician or shop foreman/dispatcher in an automotive service environment. Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage daily shop activities effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with staff and customers. Knowledge of automotive repair procedures, tools, and diagnostic equipment. Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
