You'll spend your days overseeing the service department, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service. You'll lead, mentor, and develop a team of service advisors and technicians, fostering a culture of excellence. You'll recruit, train, and retain top service talent You'll manage service budgets and financial performance, driving profitability through effective strategies. You'll implement processes that enhance customer satisfaction and streamline service operations. You'll collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the dealership. You'll analyze service metrics and develop plans for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Required:
Proven experience in a service management role within the automotive industry. (5+ years' experience is preferred)
Required:
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Required:
Knowledge of service department operations and financial management.
Preferred:
Experience with Honda vehicles and products.
Preferred:
ASE certification or equivalent.
