Summary of Position:

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the hands-on oversight of a maintenance team that safely and efficiently supports a 24/7 manufacturing environment. This role involves supervising a team of 12-20 Maintenance Technicians. The Ideal candidate will have a strong organizational, planning and communication skills and will be highly collaborative in working with various departments. Qualifications Technical Skills Troubleshooting Experience with Electrical & mechanical equipment, PLC systems, Robots, AC drives, DC drives, motion control, HMI interface, motor control, safety sensor and relays. Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Systems (CMMS). Demonstrates electro-mechanical skills and the ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, return to service and maintain a variety of manufacturing and peripheral equipment. Education and/or Experience Undergraduate in Engineering Technology, Electrical Techniques or related subject. 1-2 years of experience with strong problem-solving skills preferably homed in a fast-paced manufacturing/industrial environment with multiple priorities 5+ years of hands-on experience working on and with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic manufacturing systems.

$85,000.00

• $100,000.
