Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Pool Maintenance Manager to lead our pool care operations with enthusiasm and precision. In this role, you will oversee the maintenance, cleaning, and repair of swimming pools and equipment to ensure they meet the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and functionality. Your expertise will drive the team's success in delivering exceptional pool experiences for our clients. Responsibilities Supervise daily pool maintenance activities, including cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment checks to ensure optimal water quality and safety standards. Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot issues with pool systems such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorination equipment. Lead repair and servicing of pool equipment using hand tools, power tools, and specialized maintenance techniques to minimize downtime. Train and mentor team members on proper pool cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and equipment handling to foster a skilled and motivated workforce. Develop maintenance schedules, document service activities, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage inventory of tools, parts, chemicals, and supplies necessary for efficient pool operation and upkeep. Respond promptly to service requests or emergencies to resolve issues swiftly while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance technician with a focus on pools or similar mechanical systems. Strong mechanical knowledge related to pool equipment repair and troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with pool cleaning techniques and chemical balancing procedures. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized maintenance equipment safely and effectively. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train team members and coordinate maintenance tasks efficiently. Knowledge of health and safety standards applicable to pool operations and equipment handling. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
