Maintenance Manager

A well-established and rapidly growing heavy-duty towing and recovery company is urgently searching for a Service Director in Moncks Corner, SC. We are looking for a hands-on leader to build and oversee a multi-location heavy-duty service division including in-shop and roadside/mobile operations.

Requirements:

7+ years of recent experience in heavy-duty diesel service, fleet maintenance, or dealership fixed operations leadership. 3+ years of experience managing technicians and service personnel within a multi-bay shop environment. Proven success improving shop throughput, efficiency, uptime, and profitability. Strong understanding of technician incentive plans, labor guides, and heavy-duty repair operations. Experience with shop management platforms such as Fullbay, ShopPulse, Fleetio, DMS, or similar systems. Strong leadership, recruiting, coaching, and employee retention abilities. Data-driven mindset with experience managing KPIs, budgets, and operational reporting. Previous experience with towing/recovery or mobile roadside service operations is considered a strong asset.

Compensation:

$90,000•$140,000/year based on previous experience, leadership background, and operational expertise. Performance bonus structure tied to service department results and growth initiatives.
