Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our facilities maintenance team. In this role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance activities across our manufacturing or industrial site. Your leadership will ensure that all equipment, systems, and infrastructure operate efficiently, safely, and reliably. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations, ensuring timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks Lead a team of technicians and maintenance staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster a motivated and skilled workforce Develop and manage maintenance schedules using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to optimize equipment uptime Oversee the troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, low voltage, high voltage, and industrial systems Interpret schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams to diagnose issues accurately Manage projects related to facilities upgrades or equipment installations, ensuring adherence to safety standards and project timelines Maintain compliance with safety regulations and conduct regular safety audits to promote a safe working environment Requirements Proven management experience in facilities or industrial maintenance environments with supervisory responsibilities Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by electrical experience including working with low voltage and high voltage systems Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), schematics, Ohmmeters, and troubleshooting industrial control systems Should have some experience with CMMS software for work order management and maintenance tracking Knowledge of facilities management practices, and industrial maintenance procedures Excellent communication skills for effective team leadership and coordination across departments Solid project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously Supervising experience in manufacturing or industrial settings is highly preferred Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately for troubleshooting purposes Join us as a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance efforts with energy and expertise!
