Today Job Description Job Summary Duke Rentals is seeking a Shop Foreman at our Brandon/Sioux Falls, SD location. As a foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the service shop while assisting with the repair, service, and maintenance of rental equipment. This role will lead shop technicians, prioritize workflow, and help ensure equipment is repaired accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. PAY:

$30.00 - $36.00 per hour

Schedule:

Full-time | Monday-Friday | Overtime as needed Responsibilities Oversee daily shop operations and technician workflow Diagnose and repair heavy equipment and machinery Assist technicians with troubleshooting diesel, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems Operate a variety of aerial lift equipment and related tools Perform preventative maintenance and inspections Ensure compliance with OSHA, ANSI, NFPA and manufacturer standards Maintain service records, repair orders, and documentation Train and support shop technicians as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment Operate company service vehicle safely Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with clean MVR 3+ years of experience in heavy equipment, diesel, or mechanical repair Previous leadership, lead technician, or foreman experience preferred Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Ability to read and interpret service manuals and schematics Ability to work independently and on a team Physical Requirements Working in indoor and outdoor environments Exposure to shop chemicals, grease, oils, and equipment noise Lifting up to 100lbs occasionally Climbing, kneeling, bending, and standing for extended periods Benefits 401K with Company match Health, Dental, Vision, Short-Term Disability, Accident, & Critical Illness Insurance Paid time off Bonus program Training and career development
