CG Roxane LLC, the producer of Crystal Geyser® Alpine Spring Water®, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations at our Benton, TN manufacturing facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on maintenance leader who enjoys solving complex equipment challenges, developing teams, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As the Maintenance Manager, you will oversee all facility maintenance functions, including equipment reliability, preventive maintenance programs, facility systems, technician development, and capital improvement projects. Working closely with plant leadership, you will play a key role in maximizing equipment uptime, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining a safe and productive workplace. Why Join CG Roxane? What You'll Do Leadership & Operations Lead and develop the maintenance team through coaching, training, performance management, and employee development Prepare performance evaluations and support employee growth initiatives Coordinate departmental training programs and ensure technical competency Manage maintenance-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives Partner closely with Plant Management to support production goals and operational efficiency Equipment Reliability & Maintenance Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs Ensure maximum equipment uptime through effective troubleshooting and repair strategies Manage mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using technical drawings and schematics Troubleshoot and repair production equipment, conveyors, fixtures, and facility systems Modify, adjust, lubricate, and improve equipment performance and reliability Maintain knowledge of boilers, HVAC systems, utilities, and manufacturing equipment Inventory & Asset Management Manage maintenance inventory, spare parts, and equipment records Order parts and materials while maintaining accurate documentation and cost controls Maintain machine shop organization and parts inventory Manage company vehicle and equipment maintenance programs Support LXE system maintenance and product traceability requirements What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Minimum 5 years of Maintenance Management experience in a manufacturing environment Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience Minimum 5 years of CMMS experience Minimum 3 years of electrical systems experience Valid Driver's License Strong leadership and team development skills Technical Expertise Mechanical systems Electrical systems Pneumatic systems Hydraulic systems Preventive and predictive maintenance programs Equipment troubleshooting and root cause analysis Blueprint and schematic reading Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Preferred Qualifications Experience in plastics manufacturing, injection molding, recycling, extrusion, or similar industrial processes Fabrication experience TIG welding experience Experience supporting high-speed automated manufacturing environments Exceptional Benefits Package More money in your pocket and valuable peace of mind for the people who matter most. ✅ FREE Premium Medical, Dental & Vision Coverage No employee payroll deductions Coverage available for: Employee Only Employee + Family Coverage Comprehensive plans designed to provide quality care and financial peace of mind ✅ 401(k) with Company Match Build your future with retirement savings and employer contributions ✅ Company-Paid Protection Benefits Life Insurance Short-Term Disability Long-Term Disability ✅ Paid Time Off Vacation Time Paid Holidays Sick Time ✅ Career Growth Opportunities Training and development opportunities Leadership support Advancement potential within a growing organization Work Location Benton, TN 37307 Applicants must be able to reliably commute to the facility.
