Responsibilities:
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure high equipment uptime and rapid response to breakdowns. Set maintenance priorities, schedules, and goals while effectively allocating work and leading your team to meet measurable targets. Develop and coordinate maintenance strategies that reduce unplanned downtime and extend the life of critical assets. Maintain accurate machinery records, specifications, and manuals while supporting new equipment installs and capital projects. Ensure all legal and internal health, safety, and environmental requirements are met while promoting a strong safety culture. Coordinate maintenance activities with production schedules to consistently meet quality and customer requirements. Develop employees, model company values, and actively contribute to plant sustainability initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven experience managing maintenance activities in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop maintenance teams or technical employees. Experience with maintenance systems, reliability practices, and supporting technical documentation. Working knowledge of safety regulations, permits to work, risk assessments, and contractor oversight. Strong organizational, planning, and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced production setting.
